| How can you allow multiple users in your organization to
access your certificates in DataX?
|
|
| DataX has three user types that allow your organization’s
“Super User” to grant varying levels of DataX access to other users within your
organization under a single DataX subscription.
|

| How is Data Displayed in DataX?
|
|
| Here at METTLER TOLEDO, we group your balances and instruments
by location identified by a “Location ID.” A Location ID
corresponds to a physical address which may be a building, department and/or
room number within your facilities, and can reference one or more devices we
service at that location. With your DataX subscription, you may choose to
include some or all of the balances serviced by METTLER TOLEDO under one or
more Location ID’s. Your view of your balances/ instruments however, will
always be grouped by a Location ID heading. Items cannot be moved by the
subscriber from one location ID to another.

certificates to demonstrate capabilities available through a DataX
subscription. There are three types of users available; see the table below. Be

Each
DataX account has one “Super User”. This user also acts as our contact point
within the subscriber’s organization. The Super User has access to
documentation for all balances on the account, as well as the ability to create
new users. |

Super User |
If
your organization is large, the Super User may want to create separate users to
manage the individual locations. The Location Super User can create and delete
users that have access to a particular location. |

| User |
A
User typically has access to documentation at only one location. However, the
Super User can create a User that has access to view documents for balances
that reside at multiple locations. |
|

Please note: When you are logged in as one
of these users, the user and balance management features are not enabled.
